this former office building became inspire art space in 1995, a hub for artists specializing in a variety of media. with three stories of rentable private and co-work studios, inspire also holds public art classes, workshops, and tenant exhibitions.

cafe grumpy

an independently operated cafe, bakery, and roastery. its baristas are young and eccentric, and the space has been designated a laptop-free zone. hours of operation: 7am-10pm.

sweet pea's boutique

a vintage and resale clothing boutique opened in early 2016. sweet pea's provides a homey and well-curated boutique atmosphere while still functioning as a bustling destination in north village to buy, sale, and trade clothing.
